About Us
What is Cat Connection of
Cincinnati?
Cat Connection is an all volunteer, registered non-profit
receive public funding and is supported entirely by donations.
We are a NO-KILL SHELTER.

All donations and the receipts from adoptions go towards
paying veterinary bills and maintaining the cats in our care.

There are no paid employees and with no shelter overheads
are at a minimum.

Rescued cats are accepted from members of the public and
from other non-profit animal welfare organizations. Cat
Connection rescues, traps, spays, neuters and provide
medical treatment to all cats when coming into our care.
Household cats may also be accepted, on a space available
basis, in cases where the owner can no longer offer care due
to illness, homelessness, death, etc.

Cat Connection does not have a shelter. All cats are cared
for in foster homes until ready for adoption and or space
becomes available in PetsMart. All cats are health checked
by our vet. Cats and kittens are not put up for adoption until
they are spayed/neutered, tested for FIV and FeLV, checked
and treated (if necessary) for fleas, ear mites, intestinal
parasites or any other medical condition and given age
appropriate vaccinations. Cats are offered for adoption
through TriCounty PetsMart and www.petfinder.com
